What is the warranty period for Infinity electronics?
All Infinity devices come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. Extended protection plans are available at the time of purchase for up to 3 years.
Do you offer international shipping for high-end components?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. All international orders are packed in anti-static, shock-resistant packaging and include real-time tracking and insurance.
What is your return policy for opened electronic items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and cables to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can also log into your Infinity account and visit the 'Order History' section for live updates.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our products are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' tab on the specific product page to confirm compatibility before purchase.
